What size are the caps?
All Gameday Caps are one size fits most (OSFM). They feature an adjustable band at the back to ensure a comfortable and secure fit for a variety of head sizes.
What materials are used, and do they stretch?
Our caps are constructed using a mix of high-quality materials:
• Vegan Leather has stretch.
• Cotton Paisley Fabric and Camo Fabric have no stretch.
• Denim has slight stretch.
How should I clean and care for my cap?
We recommend hand washing with a gentle soap and allowing the cap to air dry. Please do not put your cap in the washing machine or dryer.
How often do you restock items?
We restock select popular items as supplies become available. We also introduce seasonal drops with brand-new designs a few times a year.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Where do you ship?
We currently offer shipping to the US only.
What is your shipping schedule?
All orders will be shipped out by 3:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped the following business day.
What shipping methods do you offer and what are the delivery times?
We ship all orders via USPS, and a tracking number will be provided for every package. Standard USPS delivery times are:
• USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 Business Days
• Priority Mail: 1–3 Business Days
• Priority Mail Express: 1–2 Business Days
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return. Items will only be replaced or refunded once the defective item is received and inspected.
What is your return policy?
We only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Items will not be accepted if they have been worn.
